Permodalan Darul Ta’zim (PDT) menerima kunjungan rasmi delegasi dari District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water); Water Environment Federation (WEF) Amerika Syarikat; U.S Water Partnership (USWP); Global Ties U.S serta Kedutaan Amerika Syarikat di Kuala Lumpur. 

Kunjungan semalam di pejabat pengurusan PDT, Johor Bahru ini bersempena kerjasama antara DC Water dan Kerajaan Negeri Johor melalui PDT dalam Water Smart Engagement Partnership (WiSE).

Turut diadakan Majlis Menandatangani Memorandum Persefahaman (MoU) di antara PDT dan DC Water. Menerusi MoU ini, PDT dan DC Water akan memanfaatkan kepakaran masing-masing dalam pengurusan industri air, bukan sahaja di peringkat tempatan, malahan antarabangsa.

Jalinan kerjasama ini merupakan sinergi perkongsian idea, kepakaran dan sumber serta pengiktirafan kerjasama strategik kedua-dua pihak terhadap pengurusan air yang mampan, selain usaha mendepani cabaran di masa akan datang.

MoU ditandatangani oleh Ketua Eksekutif (Kumpulan) PDT, YB Dato’ Ramlee A Rahman dan Ketua Pegawai Undang-undang dan Eksekutif Naib Presiden DC Water, Marc Battle serta disaksikan Pengerusi Audit dan Integriti PDT, Dato’ Ishak Sahari dan Pengarah Eksekutif US Water Partnership, Christopher E. Rich.

Permodalan Darul Ta’zim (PDT) warmly welcomed a delegation from the District of Columbia Water and Sewer Authority (DC Water); the Water Environment Federation (WEF) of the United States; U.S Water Partnership (USWP); Global Ties U.S and the United States Embassy in Kuala Lumpur on an official visit to the PDT headquarters, yesterday (7th June).

The visit was in conjunction with DC Water’s cooperation with the Johor State Government in the Water Smart Engagement Partnership (WiSE), that is being done through PDT.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was also signed between PDT and DC Water, to leverage on the strengths of both organizations, using their expertise to benefit the water management industry, not only within their respective regions but also on an international scale.

This partnership goes beyond mere cooperation; it represents a synergy of ideas, expertise, and resources as well as the recognition of the strategic cooperation between both parties towards sustainable water management, in addition to efforts to face challenges in the future.

The MoU was signed by the Chief Executive (Group) of PDT, YB Dato’ Ramlee A Rahman and the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of DC Water, Marc Battle and witnessed by the Chairman of Audit and Integrity of PDT, Dato’ Ishak Sahari and the Executive Director of US Water Partnership, Christopher E. Rich.
