Permodalan Darul Ta’zim (PDT) is a wholly-owned company of the Johor State Government that was established on the 16th of December 1994, and tasked with managing assets as well as equities owned by State Secretary Incorporated (SSI).
Since its inception, PDT’s role has grown through involvement in exploring industries with potential and the establishment of strategic cooperation via its main focuses on Water, Wastewater, Energies and the Environment, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure and Property Development, as well as Strategic Businesses and Investments.
