This initiative is aligned with the aspirations of the Johor State Structure Plan 2030 (RSN 2030), specifically under Pillar 1 and Action Plan RSN 18, which emphasizes the provision of adequate and quality housing supported by comprehensive facilities and a conducive living environment.

Under this project, a total of 1,008 residential units will be developed with prices starting from RM400,000 per unit, specifically to meet the demand for affordable home ownership among the targeted M40 and Bumiputera groups.
