I would like to congratulate YAB Dato\u2019 Haji Hasni bin Mohammad on his appointment as both Menteri Besar Johor and Chairman of Permodalan Darul Ta\u2019zim (PDT).<\/p>\n
PDT vision is to be a leading strategic investment and equity holding company that creates sustainable value towards a competitive environment in the state of Johor. We undertake \ufb01nancial, strategic and societal initiatives to create long-term values that deliver returns for the state government and our subsidiaries.\u00a0 We act as a shareholder for, and lead establishment of the State Government arm\u2019s-length bodies, as required and in line with the state\u2019s government mandate.<\/p>\n
Over the last four years, PDT has managed to position itself for growth by building a cohesive team to strengthen its portfolio and productivity, thus achieving a significant average profit growth from 2% to 38%.<\/p>\n
I would like to thank all our staff for their continuous efforts over the years and I am con\ufb01dent that PDT\u2019s unique mix of Johor civil servants and private sectors will ensure that we continue to deliver our varying and increasing responsibilities to the highest standards.<\/p>\n

Hal ini secara tidak langsung dapat membantu kearah memacu transformasi pentadbiran negeri dengan lebih berkesan.<\/p> \u00b4Justeru, bagi memastikan setiap perancangan yang telah dan akan dilaksanakan membuahkan hasil, kerjasama dari setiap anggota diharap dapat memastikan visi dan misi Permodalan Darul Ta\u2019zim tercapai.\u00a0 Oleh sebab itu, sikap dinamik serta bergerak maju kehadapan haruslah dipupuk oleh setiap anggota bersesuaian dengan tuntutan semasa, persekitaran dan keperluan masyarakat.<\/p> \u00b4Di samping itu, bagi memastikan tanggungjawab sosial kepada kerajaan negeri Johor tidak diabaikan, Permodalan Darul Ta\u2019zim telah diamanahkan untuk menubuhkan Pelan Suara Hati Johor di bawah seliaan YAB Dato\u2019 Mohamed Khaled bin Nordin. Pelan Suara Hati Johor merupakan hasil kajian dan rundingan dengan rakyat berasaskan pencapaian di dalam memenuhi kehendak dan keperluan rakyat secara efektif.
